SHIPPING POLICY

We ship our items all over Australia.
Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to locations not serviced by our freight suppliers.  
A separate shipping charge will be sent to you for any purchases outside of our freight supplier's regions.

Please allow up to 3 – 14 working days for delivery from our store.

RETURNS POLICY

You may return new and unused items in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund minus the original freight charge.

We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and thoroughly check the goods before being sent.  If you receive a product that you believe has been damaged in transit or an incorrect item sent, please
e-mail accounts@isprayagsolutions.com.au straight away and provide photos of the damage/incorrect item.
This will speed up the returns process.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please take care when sending items back to us, as items lost in the post are your responsibility and we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on lost parcels.  We always recommend using Registered Post with a tracking number to avoid missing parcels.
